Southernlots Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not spray pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Who Are the Providers?

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also do not promise their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

Is This Professional Advice?

No. Everything on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Always confirm details with a qualified provider.

What Do We Ask of You?
